155 Shop-Studio

This 1100 sq. ft. shop - studio building with 14 ft. ceiling, display windows and a pressed tin facade, served Woodville variously as a grocery, frame and gift shop over the years. The shop portion has been completely restored with the original windows, both front and rear, again admitting abundant natural light. We added two extensive rows of pendants for additional illumination. Behind the shop space we created approx. 400 sq. ft. of new living area: two bedrooms, with a modern kitchen and bath, a configuration suggested by the architectural plan for 155.

Marvin Integrity window and door units were installed. A private deck and two units of off-street parking complete the improvements.

155 features Whirlpool appliances including dishwasher and gas range, custom cabinetry with granite counters, a tankless gas water heater and two central AC and heating systems.
