Units 127, 143, 145 and 155 Boston Row, original mid-19th Century commercial spaces that front on the town square, have been completely refurbished and enhanced; and offer exciting opportunities for living and working. The original ceilings of these units range in height from fourteen to sixteen feet, and have been restored. The buildings’ sidewalk canopies and facades have been returned to their traditional 19th Century appearance. The afternoon sun streams through the front windows again.

In 127, 143 and 145, interior partitioning has been held to ten feet. The new, central HVAC systems for those units are ductless. These elements allow the ceilings to remain uncluttered, showcased as they were a hundred and fifty years ago, in an airy and spacious settings.

Office 127 is suitable for two professionals and a secretary/receptionist.

Live-Work 143 and 145 are laid out and equipped as home-workplace environments, each with a full kitchen, living area, bath and bedroom at the rear; and a shop, gallery or studio at the front.

These units feature adjoining private, paved patios with raised, brick flower beds, on- site parking and access to a terrace in the rear.

In addition to the patio and parking, each unit includes:

  • two high efficiency, programmable, zoned Samsung mini-split HVAC central units;
  • front and rear entrances;
  • a full bath with tub and shower, and a tiled floor;
  • a Rinnai gas-fired tankless water heater;
  • restored, bead board ceilings;
  • custom cabinetry in the kitchen and bath;
  • contemporary, designer lighting fixtures;
  • lots of shelving and closets; and
  • a kitchen – either efficiency or fully equipped.

155 Boston Row and 222 Royal Oak are restored shop and office spaces, each enhanced with new additions to make them comfortably liveable. To 155, two bedrooms, a kitchen, bath and deck have been added. Across courthouse square from Woodville Lofts & Studios, is our most recent renovation located at 222 Royal Oak. To the original three rooms of the 1890 Eastlake building have been added a full kitchen with counter dining area and a shower bath. 155 and 222 both include central AC systems, Whirlpool appliances and a Rinnai tankless gas water heater.
